We stopped in at Bob Evans the seating was comfy, comfy in a way I actually noticed. The booth had a nice cushion to it, and I didn’t feel squeezed in or cramped at all.
After we finished eating, we ended up sitting there a bit longer just talking, talking, and it felt relaxed. Nobody made us feel rushed, and that small thing really made the whole meal nicer.

"Good Food, Eventually"
The catering was actually good once I got it. Pickup took a little longer than expected, because apparently time is more of a suggestion, but the food tasted great and everyone was happy in the end.

"Kind of hit or miss"
Some of the items were fresh and good, but... a few tasted like they’d been sitting around for a while. Not terrible overall, just a bit inconsistent.

I’ve ordered from bobevans.com a few times now, it feels worth it for the price. The portions are solid, and the family meals especially make sense when we don’t want to cook but also don’t want to waste money on something that won’t fill everyone up. The food arrived warm and tasted just like we expected. It’s not fancy, but that’s kind of the point, it’s easy, reliable, and I don’t feel like I’m taking a risk with dinner. I’ll keep using it

We ordered from bobevans.com for a family dinner, and it was so easy. The kids actually found stuff they wanted to eat, which is a huge win, and pickup was really smooth. The portions were good too, so nobody had anything to complain about lol. Definitely a nice option when we’re way too tired to cook but still want something everyone likes.

I ordered from bobevans.com for pickup, i was expecting the usual rushed, annoyed kind of service I seem to get everywhere lately. But the staff at the store were actually really nice when I got there. They smiled, checked my order, and didn’t make me feel like I was bothering them just by showing up. One lady even made sure I had extra napkins and syrup without me having to ask twice. It was such a simple thing, but after dealing with so many places where customers feel like an inconvenience, this made my day.

I order from bobevans.com often because the menu really does have something for everyone. Breakfast stuff, dinners, sides, family meals, it makes life easier when everyone in my house wants something different. I’ll admit I don’t have a ton of faith in customer service if something goes wrong, so I usually double-check my order before placing it, but the variety is definitely what keeps me coming back.

"Rewards have been easy so far"
I signed up for the Bob Evans rewards thing a while back, mostly just to see if it was worth it, and it’s been nice. I don’t remember all the details of how it works, but my points seem to show up quickly after I order, and I already used a reward on breakfast. There weren’t any weird hoops that I noticed. The app or site, whichever I was using at the time, was simple enough too. Always nice getting a little money off my usual carryout.

"Pretty Good Comfort Food"
I ordered from bobevans.com it was better than I thought it’d be for delivery. The mashed potatoes were nice and creamy, the gravy had a good kind of flavor, and the sausage was seasoned pretty much just right. Nothing tasted bland or off or anything, which I really appreciate. It had that sort of homemade, cozy feel to it, simple, warm, and filling. I’d definitely order again.

I ordered from bobevans.com and was relieved they had decent options for my diet. I don’t have the patience to dig through a menu forever or explain a bunch of substitutions, so it was nice to find something that worked quickly. The food showed up right and tasted good too. Definitely makes eating out feel a lot less annoying.
