What happened: Today I ate at the bob Evans at the barboursville wv location. I ordered the homestead breakfast with sausage Pattie’s and hash brown potatoes. The sausage was burnt black the hash browns were sparse and over cooked, one egg was over easy and the other over cooked. The replacement sausage was also burnt black. Now how often do u think I am likely to return to eat at bob Evans?

What happened: First I went online to do a pickup order, the sight would not accept Bob Evans gift cards. So I drive to Bob Evans at ***** Eureka Rd Taylor,Mi *****. Placed order for family size chicken noodle soup, * rolls & a piece of apple pie. The soup was fine, the * rolls were rock hard, very old or under the heat lamp way too long. The Apple pie looked like someone scooped it up and piled it in the container. Now all * items are already made. Restaurant was not busy took over ** minutes to receive order *My question is - is this restaurant trying to go out of business? They should just close with this type of take out order *The last time I did I take out from this location was during Covid. So I chalked up the poor condition of my food was due to the Covid situation to get help. *So when I received a gift card I thought I would try it again. Mistake!!!! I was to go to this restaurant all the time prior to Covid it was great. Now it is not an acceptable place to dine

We call ourselves the Thursday Bob Evans Gals. *Thank you for reading this & hoping you put the beef vegetable soup on the menu as it would be greatly appreciated.
What happened: Two issues. First of all the carrots they gave me were rubbery and disgusting. (They brought another bowl of carrots but manager said the first batch should not have gone out.
